Made from all-natural ingredients with antioxidant properties, this gel supports your saliva’s natural defenses to relieve oral discomfort. EXPAREL®
Another option for reducing opioid use is long-lasting local analgesia via infiltration for patients aged 6 years and older. This method works directly at the surgical site with a single dose, providing pain control for the first few days post-surgery. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) contains a concentrated mixture of platelets, cytokines, and growth factors with anti-inflammatory properties. When injected into a surgical site, PRP stimulates the healing process and can speed up recovery – Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), also referred to as autologous conditioned plasma, is a protein concentrate derived from whole blood. Through centrifugation, it is processed to remove red blood cells, resulting in a concentrated form rich in platelets.
